Mrs. Addies Lewis Cobb, age 73, it is with great sadness that the family of Addies Cobb announce her passing at home on Tuesday, July 30, 2013. Mrs. Cobb had been a member of Woodridge Baptist Church for 30 years. She had owned and operated Kids Stuff Learning Center in Mobile for over 35 years. Many adults of Mobile with children grew up under her loving care. Mrs. Cobb was preceded in death by her brother, Lamar Lewis and sister, Dora Jean Morrison. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, William Oakley Cobb, Jr.; two daughters, Tonya (Rodney) Merchant and Pamela Cobb Parker; one son, William O. "Chip" Cobb, III, all of Mobile; three grandchildren, Rodney G. (Czarina) Merchant, Jr. of Jacksonville, FL and Jake E. (Sheree) Parker of Mobile and Jared C. Merchant of Mobile; two great grandchildren, Kristle and Kyle Merchant of Jacksonville, FL. She is also survived by two brothers, Ferrill Lewis and Billy (Regina) Lewis; four sisters, Lanell (Ben) McConnell, Jannie Thompson, Shirley Butler and Pat (Von) Hickman, nieces, nephews and other relatives. Funeral services will be held from the Chapel of Dignity's Three Notch Chapel on Friday, August 2, 2013 at 2 PM. Visitation will be Thursday from 5 until 8 PM at Dignity's Three Notch Chapel. Burial will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.

Sara Olive Lee Simmons, a native of Jackson, Alabama and longtime resident of Mobile, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on July 28 2013.
Sara was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Horace G. Simmons, son, F. Lee Simmons, her parents Frank N. Lee Jr. and Sallie Howell Lee, as well as her brother Frank H. Lee. She is survived by her daughter, Jan (Tommy) Preslar, brother, Jack Lee, granddaughters, Erin E. Bagley, Meghan B. Williams and Lee Ellen Bagley (Dutch Holscher), step-granddaughter, Brandy P. (Marion) Ramsay, great-granddaughter, Sara Kathryn Williams and Lyman Thomas, Jay, Elizabeth and Alice Ramsay, numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 31, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Dignity's Three Notch chapel. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. at Mobile Memorial Gardens, 6100 Three Notch Road, Mobile, Al 36619.

C.R. White- an 89 year-old native of Red Bay, AL and longtime resident of Theodore passed away at his home on Sunday, July 28, 2013. Mr. White retired from GM&O/ICG Railroad after 40 years of service and owned/operated Vickie's Lawn Service up until two years ago. He is survived by his beloved wife of 21 years, Victoria "Vickie" P. White; children, Carl Russell White (Carrie), Gloria Joyce White, and Glenda Joanne Schlicher (John); step-children, Francine Nagle, Cynthia Dupuis, James T. West, Jr., and Carla Millette (Bob); sister, Bernice White Babb; 13 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held from Woodridge Baptist Church on Tuesday, July 30, 2013, at 12 noon. The family will receive friends at the church from 10 a.m. until the service hour. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Woodridge Baptist Church Building Fund, 2700 Schillinger Rd. S., Mobile, AL 36695.

Martha Nell Floore, age 87, a native of South Mississippi and a life long resident of Grand Bay, AL passed away on Friday, July 26, 2013. She was an active member of First Baptist Church of Grand Bay her entire adult life. She was a kind and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister. Martha Nell enjoyed the Red Hat Society and the Senior Citizens Center during her later years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Floore, Sr., parents, Henry and Flora Davis, brothers, Bob Davis, Gene Davis, and sister MaryAnn Mahathy. She is survived by her loving children, Kathleen (Johnnie) Grimes, Robert L. (Sandra) Floore, Jr., grandchildren, John (Amy) Grimes, Alisha (David) White, Leah Floore, Lauren (T.J.) Lambert, Kaleigh Floore, Madison Floore, 9 great grandchildren, sister, Marie Hicks, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many close friends. Funeral services were held Monday, July 29, 2013 at First Baptist Church of Grand Bay at 11 am.

Freddie Neal Prickett - born in Waycross, GA on September 15, 1945, and a resident of Theodore, AL, passed away on July 25, 2013. After many years in the banking and credit industry, he worked as a FEMA inspector, a job he found very rewarding. He was an officer in several civic organizations such as the Tillman's Corner Chamber of Commerce, the Sertoma Club, and the Prichard Chamber of Commerce.
Freddie is survived by his wife of 43 years, Karen Casey Prickett; daughter, Bethany (Brian) Purvis; grandson, Peyton Purvis; brother, Clifton (Sharon) Prickett; as well as nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held in Mobile Memorial Gardens on Tuesday, July 30, 2013, at 10 a.m.

Mildred Imogene Nash
"It's a long road for a short-legged woman."
It is with much sadness that the daughters of Mildred Imogene Williams Nash announce her passing on Friday, July 26, 2013.
A native of Gulf Crest, Alabama and a resident of Mobile for the past 70 years, "Millie" was preceded in death by her parents Louis Monroe and Ruby Leigh Davis Williams; husband Joseph Mack Nash; her only grandchild James David "Jamie" Tyson, Jr.; and great niece Kerry Marie Watson; brothers Clifford and M.Carl (Doris) Williams, sister Doris W. (Mitt) Smith and infant sister Lorraine Williams.
She is survived by daughters Cheryl Ann (Britt) Meacham and Allison Maxine (Dave) Tyson. Also survived by nieces Jean S. Poythress-Mack, Peggy S. (Isaac) Watson, Melanie W. McLaughlin and Rickey Williams. Great nieces and nephews Kimberly P. Burns, Kelly W. (Andrew) Kettler, Greg Poythress, Kevin (JoeAnn) Watson and John (Candice) McLaughlin. Special great-great nieces Kendall Burns and Payten Watson-Kettler; her #1 son, John "Terry" (Lola) Terranova; two remaining best friends, Patty Gibson and Voncile Lott Robinson, maid of honor at her 1945 wedding.
She retired from both Brookley AFB in Base Accounting and Sears Administrative office. She was 89 years old and of the Methodist Faith.
Funeral services will be held from Dignity's Three Notch Rd. chapel on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at 5:30 pm.  Private graveside services and interment were on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at 10:00 am.

Louis Leon Earley, Jr. - born July 30, 1936, in Gadsden, Alabama passed away at home July 23, 2013. He is preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Pauline Earley, and a brother, Randy Earley.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Kitty Herrington Earley; children, Karen Jenkins, Sharon (David) White, David Earley and Paul (Mollie) Earley; grandchildren, Brian White, Josh Earley and Cara White all of Mobile.
He was a member of the National Guard from 1956 to 1963. He was employed with Paper Products Company, formally known as Kitchenaides Inc. and Sunshine Biscuits.

Lorraine Criminale Wallace, born on December 10, 1921 in Mobile, died on Wednesday, July 24, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, William J. Wallace, Jr., mother, Vivian Sketoe Criminale, her father, William O. Criminale, brothers Dr. L. Rex Criminale and E. E. "Buck" Criminale. She is survived by her children, Shannon L Wallace, Laura (Ralph) Harrington and Janine (Billy Stein) Wallace; brother, Dr. W.O. "Bill" Criminale of Seattle, WA; grandchildren, Jeffrey (Julie Smith) Gantt, Hillary (Chris) Ryals and great-granddaughter, Lindsey Elizabeth Gantt. Mrs. Wallace was a retired librarian from the Mobile County Public Schools.
