Martha Joan Pennington, nee Hannah, passed peacefully on August 27, 2015 in Mobile, AL. Born November 29, 1939 in Greenville, MS and long-time resident of Mobile, she spread the love she knew with all she encountered. She is survived by her beloved children Alisa Secrest (Larry), Dr. Michael Pennington (Kim), Carolyn Tierce (Doug) and Chris Pennington (Danielle), her cherished grandchildren Will, Ellis and Bennett Archuleta, Sarah and Lauren Pennington, Carson and John Collier Tierce, Austin and Matthew Pennington; sister Jean Lott, nieces, nephews and many loved ones from the community she served through her adult life. She is preceded in death by her parents William and Ethel Hannah; sisters Ethelene Hannah,Susan Waldrop and infant brother.

Voncile Alyne Turner Caddell, a native of Tibbie, AL and longtime resident of Mobile, AL, died Friday, August 28, 2015 at the age of 84. Mrs. Caddell was a graduate of Murphy High School; was retired from J.C. Penny's and was a member of Christ United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert O. Turner and Maude W. Turner. Her survivors include her husband, Ben H. Caddell; her daughters, Mona G. McNeil and Robbie H. Brannan; her step-children, Benny H. Caddell, Pam R. Kirby, and David A. Caddell; her grandchildren, Jacob Spann, Turner Spann, Leslie Talbert, Collena Matz, Virginia Caddell, Nicholas Caddell, and Brandon Kirby; great-grandchildren, Olivia Spann, Victoria Matz, Trent Spann, Lizzy Spann, Lilly Talbert and Emma Talbert, other relatives and friends.

Clyde Teague

A chapel service for Clyde Teague will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, 09/01/2015 from Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, followed by a committal service at the grave site.

Clyde D. Teague, age71, passed away on August 27, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents; Necie and Robert Teague and brother, James ''Buddy'' Teague. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, June and their children Allan and Travis (Veterans of Afghanistan, Air Force Special Operations) including many other loving relatives and friends. He was well known in the Fastener Industry from 1968-1999.

Evelyn ''Jeanie'' Tarver, a native of Ruleville, MS peacefully passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2015 with her family at her side. She was born February 8, 1935 to John and Connie Anderson. Jeanie was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She enjoyed attending church services and activities. She had a love for country music, especially Vince Gill and George Jones. She was a former member of TOPS in Mobile, AL. Jeanie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Frank; three sisters; two brothers; and an infant son. Her survivors include her four daughters, Darlene (Malcolm) Bowden, Connie (Terry) Enstrom, Tammy (Chris) Cink and Angie (Tucker) Johnson; her sister, Valerie Sudduth; nine grandchildren, Josh, Autumn, Ben, Dustin, Brooke, Scott, Paul, Lauren and Tyler; 6 great-grandchildren, Jay, Jennah, Justin, Daniel, Addyson and Easton; other relatives and friends. The family wishes to express special appreciation to Mrs. Tarver's caregivers, Jennifer, Pam, Sharon, Kim, Kristie, Tawana, Dale and Diane – you are angels among us.

Apr. 27, 1928 - Aug. 25, 2015 Mrs. Pauline Elizabeth Beckham – 87 years old, passed away at her home on August 25, 2015. She was the widow of Marion Francis Beckham, with whom she shared 50 years of marriage. Mrs. Beckham was a member of the First Baptist Church of Satsuma where she taught children's Sunday school for over 50 years. She will always be remembered for her kind and giving nature. She was a Godly woman who sacrificed for the needs of others. Mrs. Beckham had a faithful love for her family. She is survived by her two sons, Johnny and his wife, Jan, and Jody and his wife, LeAnne; seven grandchildren: Jackie, Terri Jo, Jonathan, Emily, Ethan, Liam, and Ann Elise; and five great-grandchildren: Keegan, Ranger, Ransom, Harper, and Rowan.

Heaven has another choice spirit as Mary Elizabeth Dearman Lambert, age 85, passed away at home on August 23, 2015 after a long illness. She was born in Hattiesburg, MS on May 19, 1930 and was a resident of the Mobile, AL area for the past 80 years. Mrs. Lambert was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Amanda Dearman; two brothers, Harry and Johnny Dearman; sisters, Agatha Hurd, Nona Ruth Quist and Martha Reeves; grandson, Nicholas Betbeze and great-grandson, Taylor Turner. Surviving Mrs. Lambert are her sons, Gary W. (Patricia) Lambert and David Lambert; daughters, Priscilla Kim (Robert) Cupp, Terry (James) Betbeze, Laurie (Barry) Turberville and Nancy (Brad) McDonald; Marcus A. Lambert; 15 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Mr. Eli K. Stevens, a native of Montgomery, Alabama and a longtime resident of Theodore, Alabama passed away on August 23, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eli K. Stevens, Sr. and Virginia Prince. He was a Vigor High School graduate and retiree of Southern Company. He is survived by his wife, Nora Stevens; sons, Alan (Rhonda) Stevens, Scott (Tina) Stevens; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren and other relatives. She was preceded in death by two children, Billie Elaine Newby and Donald Edward Newby, II, and one grandson, Ervin Joseph Gallas, III. She is survived by her husband, Donald Newby; a daughter, Deborah (Ervin) Gallas; one granddaughter, Audrey Gallas; two great grandsons, Justin Anaya and Lance Lee Langowski.
