Alice Jean (Zuber) Klaus passed away June 6, 2026 in Mobile, Alabama at the age of 83. She was born March 22, 1943, in Atmore, Alabama. She spent most of her life in Mobile and graduated from Murphy High school. She attended the Mobile Infirmary School of Nursing and became a Registered Nurse. She served Mobile County as well as several Mobile hospitals, retiring from Providence Hospital. She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles W. Zuber and Mildred (Dean) Zuber of Mobile, Alabama. What she loved most in life was her family and enjoyed anytime her family was together. She is survived by her sons, Steven Klaus of Denver, Colorado, and David Klaus (Kimberly) of The Woodlands, Texas, and grandchildren, Kayla Klaus, Wesley Klaus, and Daniel Klaus, and also her brothers and sisters Charles, Lynn, Rick, and Margie.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at 10 a.m. from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home on Dauphin Street.
