John Daniel McGiboney, age 55, of Semmes, Alabama passed away on Friday February 15, 2019. John was born November 26, 1963 in Mobile, Alabama. John was a great PaPa to all of his grandchildren.
John is survived by his wife, Bridgett Blackmon McGiboney; daughter, Jennifer (Bill) White; son, John Daniel (Alyssa) McGiboney, Jr.; parents, Doug and Juanita Carpenter; grandchildren, Porter White, Gunner White, Elliott McGiboney, Connor McGiboney, and Delaney McGiboney; sister Shannon (Scott) Norsfleet; brothers, David (Debbie) McGiboney, Jr. and Lynn (Elizabeth) Carpenter, Jr.; and numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends. John was preceded in death by his father, David K. McGiboney, Sr. A visitation for John will be held Wednesday, February 20, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Radney Funeral Home, 1200 Industrial Pkwy, Saraland, Alabama 36571. A celebration of life will occur Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Mobile Memorial Gardens, 5956 Three Notch Rd, Mobile, Alabama 36619. Serving as pallbearers are Mitchell Wilson, Darrell Freeman, Byron Fillingim, Wesley Carpenter, Brett Fillingim, Bill White, Lynn Carpenter, Daniel McGiboney and David McGiboney.
