Marshall “Paul” Neaves Sr., 83, a native of Crumpler, N.C. and a longtime residence of Mobile, Al. ended his journey in this life to begin his eternal one with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Wednesday, August 28, 2019. He was reunited with his parents, Coleman and Ole Mae Neaves, his beloved son, Jerry Arthur Neaves, three Sisters and four Brothers. His beloved wife, Arvie Neaves, will continue their legacy in this life with their children, Marshall Paul (Alice) Neaves, Jr., and Diane (Wylie) Northcutt, Grandchildren, Charlotte (Michael) Herrero, Curt (Melissa) Drum, Adam (Hallie) Neaves, Brad (Amber) Neaves and Wayne (Tracey) Neaves; ten Great Grandchildren; one great great grandchild; his siblings John (Lil) Neaves, Janice Neaves, Helen Ashbury and Ray Blevins. Paul retired from the Life Insurance Business as a Registered Sales Agent in North and South Carolina and was a faithful member of the Calvary Assembly of God. He loved gardening and maintaining his pristine yard at any time of the day or night. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, August 31, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. The Family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until service time. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens. Serving as active pallbearers will be Grandsons, Adam Neaves, Michael Herrero, Mac Herrero, Brad Neaves, Curt Drum and Ricky McClure (nephew). In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts in Paul’s name may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, Tn. 38105 or to Calvary Assembly of God, 6800 Three Notch-Kroner Road, Mobile, Al. 36619.

A chapel service will be held at 2pm on Saturday, 08/29/2019 from Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, followed by a committal service at the grave site.
