Tolbie Woods

Condolences For
"Tolbie Woods"

  1. My heart is broken, I will always love and miss Uncle Jr. I will always remember him as a jokster, prankster and a loving family man. In my younger years my parents would take us kids on vacation to Mobile, Alabama and while there Uncle Jr and Aunt Pat would take us to Dolphin Island, to ride go karts, fishing to have a huge fish fry when we got back home. I trip to their house I got to visit the ER within 30 minutes of getting there. A long trip from Ky to Alabama to visit an ER to get stitches in my leg and toe! I will always remember the big bear hugs he would give when he seen you. Uncle Jr was a good man and will be terribly missed. Rest in Paradise Uncle Jr until we meet again! Love you!

  2. I loved my uncle Jr so much!! As a child we would make trips to Alabama to visit him and aunt Pat,or they would make trips to Ky to visit. Either way,we were always excited! He used to love to try to put his chewing tobacco (act like anyway) in your mouth! He got such a kick out of that! I'm so thankful that I got to spend a lot of time with him in the last two years. Tony and I enjoyed so much taking him and aunt Pat to their favorite place to eat,(Golden Corral.)We would go for rides, and go to Dauphin Island and sit and look at the water and watch the boats and seagulls. I'm so thankful I was with you when you took your last breath. You are forever loved uncle Jr, and I promise to take good care of aunt Pat for you. I love you!! Your niece...Tammy

  3. Some of my happiest childhood memories were made at Pat and Junior's house. My Daddy loved to go talk to Junior about the Bible, and often told the story of how he was privileged to lead him to Jesus. I know that was a great heavenly reunion! Until we meet again....
