Anita M. “Foy” Gibson was born in Water Valley, MS. She was a longtime resident of Theodore, AL. She died on Saturday, November 23, 2019. Anita worked at First National Bank for many years. She worked in the loan department and was a Branch Manager at the Brookley Branch. After retiring from banking, she worked with her husband in their family business Artic Air and Electric. Upon final retirement, she loved working in her yard and cooking for any and everyone who visited. She was preceded in death by her husband and son. She is survived by her cousin, Mary Elizabeth Rowe; nephews Bill Gibson, Don, Rick and Terry Alexander and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 2, 2019 at 2pm. Visitation will start at 12 noon. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Kindred Hospice, 2800 Dauphin St., Suite 103, Mobile, AL 36606. Burial will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.

A chapel service will be held at 2pm on Monday, 12/02/2019 from Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, followed by a committal service at the grave site.
