Mr. Richard A. Twilley, Was born in Surginer, AL and was a life long resident of Mobile County and passed on Thursday, May 14, 2020. Mr. Twilley retired from Akzo Nobel.
He was preceded in death by his son, Richard A. Twilley, Jr; his parents, Sumner and Clara Twilley and brother, Ray Twilley. Mr. Twilley is survived by his wife, Zeda Vaughn Twilley and his daughters, Cheryl (Timothy) Landrum, Diannna (Ricky) Enzor and Joy (Brian) Allen and his sister, Barbara Washam; six grandchildren, Buck Landrum, Kady Kitterman, Jed Allen, Tara Taylor, Hannah Hines, Madeline Bosarge and thirteen great grandchildren and other relatives. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at 12 noon in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
