William Troy Poole, age 77, of Semmes, Alabama passed away on Friday, May 15, 2020. Troy was born May 31, 1942 in Yarbo, Alabama to Drula Carpenter Poole and David Alfred Poole.
Troy is survived by his wife of 57 years, Judy Faye Dantzler Poole; sons, Darrin Dewayne Poole and Aric Weylin Poole (Holly); grandchildren, Autumn Poole, Eli Poole, Owen Poole, Ian Poole, and Alex Poole; great-grandchildren, Auroura Joy Corley and James Boss Corley; siblings, Juanita Hodges, Betty Jewel Saranthus, Hilda Faye Tucker (Henry), Gerald Wayne Poole (Linda), Sandra Mallette, Larry Glen Poole (Terri), Terry Poole (Jan), and Randy Earl Poole (Candy); sister-in-law, Marion Poole; and numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Troy was preceded in death by his father, David Alfred Poole; mother, Drula Carpenter Poole; and brother, David Elroy Poole.
A visitation for Troy will be held Wednesday, May 20, 2020 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Radney Funeral Home, 3155 Dauphin Street, Mobile, Alabama 36606. A graveside service will occur Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Mobile Memorial Gardens, 6100 Three Notch Rd, Mobile, Alabama 36619 followed by interment.
