Marie Beasley Blackmon went to be with the Lord on Monday, July 6, 2020, in Mobile, AL. She was 88 years old.
Marie was a native of Crenshaw County, Alabama and a longtime resident of Mobile, Alabama. She retired from Gayfers in 1997. She was a member of First Baptist Church Dawes, Mobile, AL.
She was preceded in death by her husband Lloyd Blackmon, parents Sidney and Carrie Bell Beasley, along with seven siblings.
She is survived by her daughter, Judy Blackmon Jackson (David), two grandchildren, Brandi Allen (Ryan) and Christopher Jackson (Scarlett), seven great-grandchildren, and one sister, Betty Jean Poole.
The family would like to express their sincere thanks to Gulf Coast Health and Rehab and Kindred Hospice for their care and compassion.
Graveside services and interment will be held on Friday, July 10, 2020, at 12 noon in The Garden of Faith at Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery. There will be a private family viewing prior to service.
