Fay Pool Mabry, age 93, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her family on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 after a short illness. She lived in Semmes, Alabama but was originally from Minter City, Mississippi, in the delta. She was preceded in death by Harold Eli Mabry, her husband of 53 years. She lived as an independent widow for 24 years and was a long time member of Orchard Baptist Church. She leaves a beautiful legacy in her beloved family, beginning with her children: Barbara M Fountain, Sheryl M Greene/Louis, William H Mabry (Bill)/Dessie, Glin D Mabry, and Charles K Mabry (Kevin) and their children and their children's children. She had 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren whom she adored. Her funeral will be on Friday, July 24, 2020 at 1pm at Ascension Funeral Home and she will be buried at Mobile Memorial Gardens next to her husband.
