Floy "Jane" Loper, of Mobile, passed away December, 10 2020. Jane lived her life trusting the Lord from an early age. She found comfort in Him, especially after Tollie passed away. She daily credited Him for enabling her to find comfort in Him after her loss. She attended Murphy High School and 20th Century Business College. Jane began her career with the Pritchard Housing Authority and later transferred to the Mobile Housing Authority. She spent more than 20 years working with public housing and found it to be challenging as well as rewarding. She is preceded in death by her parents, Floyd W. Hill and Leafter Powell Hill; her deeply loved husband of sixty-eight years, Tollie Loper; brother, John Hill; two sister-in-laws; one brother-in-law; and a number of cousins and many friends. Visitation will be Wednesday, 16 2020 from 11:00am to 12:00pm followed by a chapel service at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.

A chapel service will be held at 12pm on Wednesday, 12/16/2020 at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home followed by a committal service at the grave site.
