Mrs. Gloria "Jean" Holloway, a resident of Mobile, AL, died on Tuesday, February 02, 2022 at the family residence. Jean was a School Bus Driver for the Mobile County School System, driving for Meadowlake Elementary and Hankins Middle School for 25 years. She enjoyed baking cakes and making her crafts. Jean was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse Coleman Lowe and Madie Lee Lowe; sisters, Sue Gilmore and Jane Haskew. She was survived by her husband, Gerald Byron Holloway, Mobile; three children, Tina (William) Biggs, Gerald "PeeWee" Holloway, and Heather (Deweise) Thomley; one brother, Vernon Lowe; eight grandchildren, Timothy (Cati) Holloway, Taylor (Wade) Foster, Mercedi (Brittney) Thomley, Carlee Holloway, Mary Holloway, Robert Brinkman, Julia Biggs and Betty (Jimmy) Hollingsworth; several great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews. She also left behind her loving dog, Bugsy.

Visitation will be held at Mobile Memorial Gardens on Tuesday, February 08, 2022 at 11:00am with a graveside service scheduled at 12:00 Noon.
