Evelyn Minor Todd passed away July 20, 2022, at Lynwood Nursing Home. She was born on December 29, 1927, in Montgomery, Alabama. She graduated from Ramsey High School in Birmingham and attended the University of Alabama. She spent most of her life in Mobile with family and friends. She served on the boards of several local agencies including Senior Services Inc, Mobile Opera Guild, Mobile County Mental Health Services, and the Florence Crittendon Home. She was also a member of the Mobile Jayceettes, the Art Patrons League and Dauphin Way United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alpheus D. and Nell F. Minor, her husband of 62 years, Earnest Worthington Todd, Jr. and stepson William Barry Todd. She is survived by daughters, Susan Todd Bailey and Linda Todd Watermark; stepson Earnest W. Todd, III (Indianapolis, IN); and grandchildren Todd Dawson Bailey (Charlotte, NC) and Susan Daly Wettermark (Stanford, CA). A private service will be held. Memorials may be made to Dauphin Way United Methodist Church, Mobile AL.
