Betty Ann Cox, PhD., Born on November 3, 1937 and passed away August 9, 2022. She is survived by her brother, Robert J. Cox, his wife Janet and her niece Sarah Cox and nephew Robert Cox, Jr. of (Denver CO). Betty had a long full life of 84 years. She spent many of those years with her best friend and partner, Laura Prine, who preceded her in death. Betty had a love for animals and had many dogs and cats during her life. Her hobbies were golfing and traveling. Any day Laura had the time off from work you would find them on a golf course throughout Alabama. Betty volunteered her time to WPGA whenever a tournament was in our area.

A graveside service will be held in Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery on Monday, August 15, 2022 at 10:00 am. All friends attending should remain in the parking lot between Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home and Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery and fall in line with the funeral procession shortly before 10:00 am.
