Corazon Francisco Mills was called to eternal rest on September 4, 2022 at the age of 78. She was born on June 29, 1944 in the Ilocos Norte province of the Philippines to Numeriano Joaquin( N.J.) and Maggie Francisco. The family moved to Hawaii where she grew up and became a nurse. In 1969, she married William C. (Bill) Mills, a Marine stationed in Hawaii. They relocated to Mobile, Alabama to raise their family. She most notably served as ER Nurse Manager at Springhill Memorial Hospital where she cared compassionately for her patients and gained the respect of her peers and the medical community. She was a dedicated wife, extraordinary mother, and a loving grandmother. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Bill Mills; her children Tanya Rowell, Shane Mills, and Kelly Mills; her son-in-law Ronnie Rowell and daughter-in-law Alexa Young-Mills; her grandchildren Malia Rowell, Austin Mills, Bailey Rowell, Sydney Mills, and Isabella Mills; her mother Maggie Francisco; and her siblings Virge Francisco, Lucille Enriques, and Cyndy Nichols.

Visitation for Corazon Francisco Mills will be held Wednesday at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home from 5:00PM to 6:00PM and again on Thursday from 11:00AM until the time of services.
