Curtis H. Patrice-Muhammad was born to the Patrice family; Francis & Alexandra, on October 16th, 1965, in Mobile, Alabama, USA. Curtis was a great son, brother, and an excellent father to his only child; daughter, Lalique Muhammad. He was also a Co-Ordinator & Videographer, at the Shaolin Institute.
