Alice Lorraine Burdette Boyd, age 84, a resident of Theodore, AL, passed away on March 24, 2023. She was born November 10, 1938 in Mercer, PA to Plummer C. & Mabel L. Carey Burdette.
She married David L. Boyd, Sr. (who passed on March 26, 2014) on November 29, 1960.
Her hobbies were reading, yard work, taking care of her grandchildren, and being a wife and mother.
Survivors left to cherish her are her sister, Ruthie Bruce; daughters, Michelle Lind & Angela Boyd (Robert Johnston); son, David Boyd, Jr.; 3 grandchildren, Victor Lind (Kristin), Lauren (Jacob) Russell, and Kelsey (Drake) Atchison; 3 great-grandchildren Rylee and Anniston, with Levi on the way; a host of nieces nephews; cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Preceding Alice in death are her parents, husband, two brothers, & sister.

Graveside service is on Wednesday March 29, 2023 at 12 PM at Mobile Memorial Gardens.
