Ronald G. "Ronnie" Badon, Sr., age 76, of Irvington, Alabama, sadly and peacefully left us on September 23rd, 2023, following a battle with leukemia. Ronnie was raised in Grand Bay, Alabama, and retired from Ingalls Shipyard in Pascagoula, Mississippi. He is preceded in death by his parents, Willie Mae and Jack F. Badon, Sr.; his sisters, Connie and Eleanor; his brother, Jack F. Jr. "Buddy"; and his son Earl.
Ronnie was a dedicated family man and is survived by his loving wife, Karolyn; his children: Tim (Tia), Beth (Jason), Valarie, Ronald Jr. (Sarah), and Gabe (Summer); his grandchildren: Andrew E (Danielle), Andrew B (Callie), Natalie, Brandon, Anthony (Alexandria), Ella, Aiden, Tex, and Jace; and his great-grandchildren: Nolan, Henry, Elijah, Nora, and Rosie; and many more loving relatives.

A funeral service and visitation will be held in his honor on September 30th, 2023, at Mobile Memorial Gardens, located at 6100 Three Notch Rd., Mobile, Alabama 36619. Visitation for friends and family will be from 1 - 2 p.m., service at 2 p.m., and graveside to follow.
