Dorothy L. Fields a resident of Saraland, AL died on Friday June 21, 2024 at her residence surrounded by family. She was born on September 7, 1942. Ms. Fields was a member of Fountain of Life Church, she enjoyed Quilting, Gardening, Canning and Alabama Football. She was preceded in death by her mother Lucille Leys, her sister Myrle Titer, and her son Scott Carmack. She is survived by her daughter Penny (Steve) Jordan of Saraland, AL, granddaughter Stephanie (Aaron) Clark of Wilmer, AL, Katherine Jordan of Mobile, AL, Nicole Jordan of California, grandsons Kevin Palmer of Irvington, AL, Chris (Ashley) Carmack of Pine Bluff, AR, and Ryan Carmack of Mobile, AL, great granddaughters Brooklynn (Ethan) Jones of Saraland, AL, Brandice Stephenson of Wilmer, AL, Kimberly (Ashlyn) Clark-Grissett of Mobile, AL, Kenadie (Justin) Smith of Creola, AL, Kailee Clark of Wilmer, AL, Birdie Ruth Carmack of Pine Bluff, AR, and Ella Grace Palmer of Irvington, AL, Madison Barrett of California, great grandson Caleb Stephenson of Wilmer, AL, and great great grandsons Jameis and Jett Smith of Creola, AL, niece Robin Galimore of Charlotte, NC, great nieces Amy (Marwan) Hamdoun of Charlotte, NC and Amber (Dave) Pasquale of Fort Mill, SC, other family and friends.
