Robert Paul Moses, a native of Birmingham, AL and longtime resident of the Mobile, AL area, passed away Thursday, Feb. 27, 2025 at the age of 85. Mr. Moses retired from South Central Bell as a communications engineer. He enjoyed his hobbies of radio communications, technology, travel, and as an aircraft pilot. He was preceded in death by his wife, Bet Moses; parents, Robert Paul Moses Sr. and Jeanette Trammel Moses; and his brother David Moses. He is survived by his daughter, Micki (Keith) Riley; his sons, Todd Moses and Darryl (Julie) Moses; his sisters Linda Morris and Judy Ingram, and eight grandchildren, Jacob, Rachaele, Zackary, Kristen, Devin, Wesley, Matthew, and Ben; and other relatives and friends. Funeral services, officiated by Jimmy Fulton, will be held from the Chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at 12 Noon. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday, March 5, 2025 from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
