Miss Adell Franklin, a native of Cottonwood, Alabama and a long-time resident of Citronelle died in Mobile on Tuesday, September 1, 2020. She lived and was loved by Mitchell and Rondi Wilkins at Wilkins CRF and their staff and residents. Chapel services will be on Thursday, September 10, 2020 at 2pm in Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
