Alan DeWayne Mashburn, age 60, passed away in Theodore, AL on January 6, 2022.
Mr. Mashburn was born in Mobile, AL on April 19, 1961 to Robert and Patricia Mashburn. His loved ones knew him for being a kind and caring person. He loved the Lord and his family dearly. He wouldn't hesitate to give what he could to those in need and would often help the homeless and give support to the charitable organization, Toys for Tots. Mr. Mashburn was a happy person with a bright disposition, even when he was sick. He always worried for others before himself and he will be truly and deeply missed by so many.
Mr. Mashburn was preceded in death by his father, Robert Lee Mashburn and brother, David Lee Mashburn.
Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Patricia Ann Mashburn; sister, Cheryl (Mark) Stacey; nephew and niece; Andrew (Tracey) Heptinstall and Samantha (Bruce) Howell; grandnephews and grandnieces, Adi, Carter, Kayleigh and Grayson; other relatives and many many friends.

Services will be held on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with visitation from 1:00pm until service time at 2:00pm. Interment will follow in Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
