Alba Lee Driscoll, 95, passed away on May 21, 2025. She was born on November 25, 1929 in Leakesville, MS and grew up in Mobile, AL where she attended Murphy High School. She moved to New York City in 1948 to marry her first husband and raise her children. In the 80s, now remarried and her children all grown, she moved back to Mobile with her new husband John Driscoll. Alba Lee was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Jettie McLendon, her beloved husband of more than 30 years, John Driscoll, sons, Gaetano Lonigro and Frank Lonigro, daughter Maria Cynthia, grandson Philip Lonigro, sisters Velma Jamison, Rowena "JoAnn" Birdwell and Sylvia McLendon Hamilton.Alba Lee is survived by her daughter-in-law Denise Lonigro, grandson Michael Lonigro, brothers Frankie McLendon (Louise), Huey McLendon and numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to the wonderful staff at Crowne Health Care of Mobile for their care, kindness and compassion.

Alba Lee's family will receive friends at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Friday, May 30 from 11 am until 12 pm with a graveside service to follow at Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
