Alexander Hayden Cumpton, a resident of Keller, Texas, passed away at his home on December 20, 2020 after a seven year battle with a terrible disease. Alex was born in Mobile, Alabama on April 29, 1996. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Tamara Hearn, and his grandfather, Clyde Wayne Tillman. He is survived by his wife, Leonor Castelo Cumpton, his parents, Mark Allen Cumpton and Gina Tillman Cumpton, his brother, Taylor A. Cumpton (Robin), his nephew, Brantley A. Cumpton, and three grandparents, Bobby L. Cumpton, Sue Roberts Cumpton, and Bruce Hearn. He also leaves behind his aunts and uncles, Niki Tillman Hoskins (Doug), Michael L. Cumpton (Susan), Mitchell B. Cumpton (Emily), Renee Hennis (Shayne), and Matthew Parks, numerous cousins, and countless other relatives and cherished friends. Alex was a caring and giving person who will be missed by everyone who knew him. He had a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and his family is comforted to know that he is present with Christ and with those family members who have gone before him. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at Mobile Memorial Gardens at 6100 Three Notch Road, Mobile, Alabama 36619. Pallbearers will be Chad Givens, Hunter Hennis, Larry Hensley, Daniel Pannelli, Braxton Akridge, and Dylan Lambert. Alex’s family is appreciative to their friends from across the nation who have expressed their love and support.

A chapel service will be held at 12pm on Tuesday, 12/29/20 at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home followed by a committal service at the grave site.
