Andrea Darlene “Dre” Matovich Holloway, a native of Nashville, TN and longtime resident of Mobile, AL, died Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at the age of 65. Dre was a waitress at Dick Russell’s Famous Bar-B-Q for over 30 years. She was preceded in death by her father, Andrew Matovich, Jr. and mother, Jeanelle Thomas Matovich. Her survivors include her son, Andrew Shirley; three sisters, Angi Sawrie, Gwen (Mike) Gilbert and Nicole (Clay) Wait; longtime devoted friend, Bonnie W. Hardy; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers, you are asked to make a donation to your favorite charity in Dre’s name. Funeral services will be held Monday, June 29, 2020 at 12:00 Noon from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Friends will be received Monday morning from 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Mobile Memorial Gardens. Please comply with social distancing if attending. Facial masks are highly recommended.

A chapel service will be held at 12pm on Monday, 06/29/2020 from Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, followed by a committal service at the grave site.
