She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Terry Taylor and Myrtle Louise Taylor; husband, Jesse Ernest Phillips; and children, Deborah Louise Parten, Terry Phillips, and Jerry Phillips. She is survived by her son, Dennis Phillips (Kelly); eight grandchildren, Philip, Tim, Jessica, Julia, Jennifer, Joey, Leila, and Piper; 11 great-grandchildren, Megan, Caleb, Trinity, Jackson, Emma, Lola, Huey, Maci, Cambree, Austin, and Cameron; other relatives and friends.
