Rita Betty Cannon, a Mobile native and lifelong resident, died on Saturday September 12 just 4 days shy of her 100th birthday. Mrs. Cannon was preceded in death by her beloved husband William E. Cannon. Survivors include three daughters, Anne (William) Richardson, Betsey (Frank) Cornelius, and Susan (Dale) Harrell; grandson William (Shannon) Harrell; granddaughter Katharine Harrell and great granddaughter Claire Harrell and other relatives. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at 10am at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Visitation will start at 9am. Burial in Mobile Memorial Gardens.

A chapel service will be held at 10am on Saturday, 09/26/2020 from Funeral Home, followed by a committal service at the grave site.
