Billy Ray Howard, Sr., age 71, passed away in Pascagoula, MS on July 31, 2024.
He was born in Lucedale, MS on March 16, 1953, to parents Wesley and Virginia Howard. Mr. Howard worked as a shipfitter for 51 years. He was a member of Victory Baptist Church and served as a Deacon and Choir Director for many years. Mr. Howard was preceded in death by his parents, Wesley and Mable Virginia Bates and his brother, Wesley Eugene Howard. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 52 years, Patsy Lee Howard; children, Billy (Leslie) Howard, Jr., Shannon (Scott) Rogers, Jeremy (Natasha) Howard, Jason (Candy) Howard; grandchildren, Dillon Howard, Micah Rogers, Jacob Howard, Trenton Rogers, Samuel Rogers, Ryleigh Howard, Hailey Rogers, Oliver Howard, and Brody Howard; other relatives and many friends.
