Bryan Joseph Wilson, age 43, of Mobile, Alabama, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, December 7, 2025. Born on May 3, 1982, in Mobile, Bryan spent his entire life in the community he called home. Bryan attended St. Pius X Catholic School through the eighth grade before continuing his education at McGill-Toolen Catholic High School, from which he graduated in 2000. He went on to attend Auburn University, proudly supporting the Tigers during his time there and throughout his life. He later earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Faulkner University in 2012. Bryan is survived by his wife, Emily Doty, and their daughter, Olivia Wilson, age five, who was the absolute center of his world. Bryan was the most devoted father—patient, playful, tender, and endlessly proud. He was also an incredible husband, known for his kindness, loyalty, and the steady, genuine love he poured into his family. His strength, humor, and wholehearted presence filled their home with warmth, laughter, and deep affection. A lifelong and avid Auburn sports fan, Bryan loved cheering on the Tigers through every season. His enthusiasm, loyalty, and game-day excitement were infectious, and he shared that passion with everyone around him. He is also survived by his in-laws, Chris and Julie Doty; his sister-in-law, Dr. Tracy Jill Doty; his uncle, Andy Wilson; his cousins; and many wonderful friends who loved him deeply and will cherish his memory always. Bryan was preceded in death by his parents, William Benjamin Wilson and Nancy Morgan Wilson; his grandparents, Harvey A. and Elizabeth Tucker Wilson and Max Welton Morgan, Sr. and Dorothy Henriksen Morgan; and his uncle, Max Welton Morgan, Jr.

A Celebration of Life will take place on Friday, December 12, 2025, from 5:00–8:00 p.m. at Ascension Funeral Home, 1016 Hillcrest Road, Mobile, AL 36695. Family and friends are invited to drop in at any time during the gathering to offer their condolences and share memories of Bryan. There will be no formal service held during this time. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at Our Savior Catholic Church, 1801 Cody Road, Mobile, AL 36695, with visitation for family and friends beginning at 10:30 a.m. and Mass at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mobile Memorial Gardens, 6100 Three Notch Road, Mobile, AL 36619.
