Carolyn Ann Swann, age 78, passed away on Thursday, May 20, 2021. Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.Carolyn loved spending time with her grandchildren, gardening, and volunteering within the community.She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph R. Swann; father, John O. Swor; and mother, Gertrude M. Swor.Survivors include her children, John A. Boone, JoAnn (Joey) Potts, and Brandon (Tina) Swann; grandchildren, Seth Potts, Zackary (Haylee) Potts, Caleb (Taylor) Potts, Juliana Swann, Abigale Tyler, Bella Tyler, and Henry "Blinky" Swann; great-grandchildren, Carter and Owen Potts and Baylen Potts; her beloved and dedicated friend, Jim Diamond; and many other relatives and friends.Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 25, 2021, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, with funeral services following at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
