Condolences For
"Cecil Sheppard"

  1. So Sorry to hear about Cecil's passing. We worked together at Proffits/Belk Deparment Store in Biloxi. During the end of hurricane Catrina Cecil invited me to stay at his house till my place was ready.
    Very Kind Man! RIP

  2. I’m heartbroken for his family. I’m a long time customer of Ross’s. Cecil & I always chatted when I came in. I’d stop just to say hello when I was headed to Costco. Just saw him about 2 weeks ago. I walked into the Schillinger store today & got the heartbreaking news. Mrs Sheppard I am so sorry for your loss. Cecil was just a down to earth real gentleman. He will be missed by many.
