Clara Mae Street Jackson, a native of Vernon, FL and longtime resident of Theodore, AL, passed away Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at the age of 80. Clara loved spending quality time with her family and working in the yard. She had a heart of gold and was loved by all. She is one of God’s angels now who has finally made it home. She will be truly missed by everyone who knew her. She was preceded in death by her parents, G.I. Street and Ruby Gainey Street; her husband, Andrew Jackson; daughter, Kathy Hobden; sisters, Elender Monk and Myrtle Street; and brothers, I.C. Street, Marvin Street and Brown “Jeff” Street. Her survivors include her son, Tony Jackson; daughter, Sheila (“J J”) Jones; son-in-law, Darrell Hobden; grandchildren, Stephanie (Jimmy) Little, Brandon Hobden, and Kurt (Allysa) Hobden; Five great-grandchildren; brothers, Oscar Street, Lewis
“Buddy” Street; sisters, Ebbie Jan Hayes, Marie Cliburn and Lois Mae Brock; nieces; nephews; the Jackson family; other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Monday, March 25, 2019 at 10:00 AM from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.

A chapel service will be held at 10am on Monday, 03/25/2019 from Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, followed by a committal service at the grave site.
