Cordell Harris, age 67, of Mobile, AL., passed away at Springhill Memorial Hospital on February 11, 2023. He was born November 11, 1955 in Harlan, Kentucky to the late Charles Harris and Molly Daniel. Cordell was a cable TV lineman for more than 40 years. He loved going out on his boat, fishing, riding his Harley, and playing with his grandchildren. Cordell also loved capturing the world through his camera.
He is preceded in death by his father, Charles Harris; his mother, Molly Daniel; his mother-in-law, Phyllis Long; and his best friends, Adolf Torrez, and Gary Gambosh (Bam Bam).
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Gail Harris; his sons, Cordell Jonathan (Miriah) Harris and Gary Paul Harris (Tonya Raley; fiancé); and his grandchildren, Hannah Grace Harris, Gary Paul Harris, Jr., Brooklynn Elizabeth Harris, Landon Scott Harris, and Lucie Gail Harris.

Services will be held Wednesday, February 15, 2023, at 10:00 am in the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm prior to the service. Burial in the Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery following the service. Pallbearers for Mr. Harris will be Jonathan Harris, Gary Harris, Alan Harris, Matthew Harris, Joe Harris, and Brad Weston.
