Cynthia Bergeron Richard passed away peacefully on Friday, May 20, 2022 at the age of 69. Cindy was the only child to the late Herbert and Mary Lee (nee Lanclos) Bergeron on July 12, 1952.
Cindy was a native of Opelousas, LA and a long time resident of Mobile, AL. She was a 1970 graduate of the Academy of the Immaculate Conception. Just months prior to graduating high school, Cindy graduated cosmetology school. She spent 20+ years in cosmetology as a beautician and also a salon owner. Cindy was known for loving fiercely and her love of cooking.
Cindy was survived by her husband of 45 years, Carl Richard, Sr.; a daughter, Kimberly (Chris) Huggins,; three step children, Carl Richard, Jr., Carla (Timmy) Duhon and Todd (Virginia) Richard; two grandchildren, Hailey and Ian; one great grandson, Benlee; and a host of loving friends and family.

Services will be held at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 with visitation from 1:00pm until the 2:00pm funeral service. Interment will follow in Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
