Diep Thi Clingan - Mobile Memorial Gardens

Diep Thi Nguyen Clingan, a native of Vietnam and resident of Mobile, AL since 1974, died Sunday, February 10, 2019 at the age of 71. Before her retirement, she was employed by Gayfer’s. She enjoyed gardening flowers and vegetables and spending quality time with her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jackie Wayne Clingan; her parents, Thanh Ngoc Nguyen and Ngo Thi Duom; and two brothers, Tau Nguyen and Tam Nguyen. Her survivors include five daughters, Suzy Tate, Bonnie (Freddie) Marceaux, Thao (Somkhane) Phommalinh, Linda (Andrew) Crawford and Kathy (Eric) Nyberg; two sisters, Son Nguyen and The Nguyen; 14 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaugher; other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends Wednesday, February 13, 2019 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 Noon at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Graveside services, officiated by Pastor Phi Vo, will follow at 12:00 Noon in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
