Donald "Don" Joseph Cowart , 70, of Mobile, Alabama passed away and was received in the
arms of his Lord and Savior on Thursday April 14th, 2022.
Don was born January 28, 1952 to Leon and Dolly Cowart. He was a beloved husband, father,
grandfather, brother, son, and friend. He was a lover of the Atlanta Braves and all things
baseball.
He was preceded in death by his father, mother, and sister Carolyn Hendrix.
Survivors include his loving wife of 41 years, Mary Anne McLean Cowart of Mobile; daughters
Dollie M Williams (Stuart), Suzanne J Rich (Markus) of Fort Irwin, CA; two grandchildren Gavin
and Riley Rich; sister, Judy Johnson of Atlanta, GA; numerous nieces, nephews.

A Graveside Service will be held April 20, 2022 at 10:00 am in Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Chaplain (Col) Rev. David McLean (Ret.) officiating.
