Donald Willis Stringfellow, 83 years, beloved husband, father and grandfather passed on Saturday, January 23, 2021, with family at his side. Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.
Donald was born February 8, 1937 in Mobile, Alabama. He was a resident of Saraland, Alabama.
He is preceded in death by his wife and childhood sweetheart, Gladys "Gerry" Stringfellow and sister, Patricia Ann Stringfellow.
Donald is survived by three children, Charles "Chuck" Stringfellow, son; two daughters, Karen Moss and Denise Stringer; a sister, Carolyn Henson; ten grandchildren, Shanna Steele, Jessica Williams, Tiffany Steele, Christa Rudat, Courtney Champion, Chad Stringfellow, Shannon Phillips, Stefanie Stringer, Daniel Stringer and Jonathan Stringer; eighteen great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Donald loved spending time with his family and traveling to the Smokey Mountains with his wife Gerry.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

A chapel service will be held at 12pm on Wednesday, 1/27/2021 followed by a committal service at the grave site.
