Elsie Walley Skipper, age 83. Born on October 21, 1937 in Richton, Mississippi and former resident of Semmes and current resident of Theodore, passed away on Tuesday, April 20, 2021. She was a member of Orchard Assembly of God Church and was currently attending Zion Assembly Church of God for the past six years. She was preceded in death by her two son in laws, Richard Tillman and Monte Stiles. She is survived by her children, Charlotte Tillman, Donnie (Debra) Walley, Delores Companion, Sandy Stiles; seven grandchildren, Josh (Leah), Heather (Forrest), Sacha (Rick), Mallory (Taylor), Austin (Michelle), Cody (Ashlynn) and Madison; fourteen great grandchildren; two sisters, Flora and Bessie, numerous friends and other relatives. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 23, 2021 at 2pm from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Family will receive friends at the funeral home 12 noon until service time. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial gardens. Pallbearers will be Austin Blakeney, Cody Blakeney, Forrest Sellew, Charles Dickson, Tucker Norman and Justin Skipper.

A chapel service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, April 24, 2021 at Mobile Memorial Gardens followed by a commital service at the grave site.
