George Wallace Williamson, Jr, 94, beloved Father, and Grandfather, was called to his eternal resting place on July 24, 2020. Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.
He entered this world on May 1, 1926, in Mobile, AL, born to George and Nellie Williamson.
He is survived by his lovely wife Madelynn Williamson, daughters Anita Kuck and Beverly Foster, and son John Williamson. He was blessed with 8 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews that loved him dearly!
George was a proud merchant marine for more than 20 years and happily married to Madelynn for more than 75 years.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2020, at 2 pm at Mobile Memorial Gardens.
