Harold Leon Andrews, Jr., age 54, a resident of Mobile, AL, passed away September 12, 2021. He is survived by his mother, Rita Owen Kimble (Michael); sister, Linda Sue Andrews Stinson; brothers, Mike Andrews and Michael Kimble, Jr.; other relatives, and many friends.
He had over 20 years experience in the field of commercial and industrial electrical construction and maintenance. His education and training included: radiation worker training in Athens, AL, 3M Power Cable Accessory School in San Antonio, TX, 4-year apprenticeship and Journeyman Electrician training program, IBEW Local Union 505 in Mobile, AL, Electrical Theory course work at Murphy Area Vocational Center and attended Baker High School in Mobile. He was a certified Journeyman Electrician of the Mobile, Journeyman Wireman National Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee for the Electrical Industry Bureau of Apprenticeships, US Dept of Labor, Certified by the USA Army Corps of Engineers for High Voltage up to 15 KV. He had Nuclear Security clearance, Military Base clearance, FBI background clearance, and airport security clearance.
