Jacques passed away November 12, 2023, at the age of 46 surrounded by those he held so dear to his heart. A native of Mobile, AL, Jacques was born to Clarence and Virginia Irby, Jr. He was a graduate of John L. Leflore High School. He earned an associate degree in electrical technology from Bishop State College.
There were two things Jacques loved wholeheartedly in this world, his family and fixing things. He gained the name “Fast Man” as a child due to his ability to fix things so quickly.
Through his journey to eternal peace, he joins those family members who predeceased him, a loving daughter, Jaylin T. Jackson; uncle, Johnnie Lee Irby; aunts, Doris Bell and Viletta Andrews; grandfather: Clarence Irby, Sr.
Embedded in our hearts, are a lifetime of memories, we salute and cherish him always and forever. He is survived by his wife Felecia C. Irby; bonus children: Torey Lockett and Tyler Banks; his world, granddaughter, Jurnee Peppins, granddaughter, Liberty Lockett; his loving parents: Clarence and Virgina Irby, Jr.; devoted brother, Clarence Irby, III; five nieces: Courtney, Adrianna, Ariana, Shiloh Watson, and Tahinj Coleman; one nephew, Clarence Irby, IV; step-grandmother Lottie Jones, two aunts: Lillian James (Jackson, AL) and Pamela Frinks; one great aunt, Thelma Allen; one great uncle, Albert James; loving godparents: Bennie & Diane Burch (Brunswick, GA). A host of dedicated family Paris Irby and Chiquita Golston and lifelong best friends, Rufus Young and Kelvin Kimbrough.
