James Andrew Crane Holley, Sr. - a native of Mobile, AL died Monday, October 14, 2019 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. James was an active member of the Civitan Club in Arley, AL and was employed with Durr Drug Company for 35 years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Yvonne Steber Holley; his parents, Albert Allen and Regina Cecilia Crane Holley, Sr.; one brother, Albert A. “Al” Holley, Jr.; and one sister, Christine “Chrissie” Holley Elders. He is survived by his son, James Andrew Crane (Marsha) Holley, Jr; two grandchildren, Eli James Timothy Holley and Livianne Marie Holley; five sisters, Mary Ellen Naylor, Regina Mallini, Sr. Becky Holley, C.S.J., Cathy Schwartz, and Margaret Paulus; his beloved dogs, Molly and Ali; many nieces, nephews, and other relatives. The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, October 17, 2019 at Our Savior Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 A.M. Thursday at Our Savior Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the Dementia Society of America. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
