James Larry Reynolds, age 69, passed away on Monday, July 13, 2021 in Mobile, Alabama. Larry was a graduate of Political Science from George Washington University and was Editor in Chief at Bureau of National Affairs. Larry retired from BNA on April 30, 2015. He enjoyed writing, painting, and watching football on Sundays. Larry was also one of the elite boys that was on the Little League team from Mobile that went to the Little League World Series in 1964. They came in 3rd place in the world. He is preceded in death by his parents James Pugh Reynolds and Doris Lucile Byerley Reynolds. He also enjoyed spending time with his new great nephew Ryan Stringer. Larry is survived by his loving brother Paul Reynolds, his nephew Mike Reynolds and niece Melissa Reynolds. Graveside services and interment will be held in Mobile Memorial Gardens, Mobile, AL on Thursday, July 15, 2021 at 9:00 AM. The family request you come comfortably attired, as that is how Larry would like you to feel. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be offered at Fresenius Medical Care Foundation.
