James A Mason Jr (Jimmy) was born Nov 24 1958. He grew up in Theodore AL. where he also passed May 5 2019. He was a wonderful father, friend, uncle, brother and son. He was known by his grandchildren as Jam Jam. Jimmy loved turkey hunting, deer hunting, fishing and being with his grandbabies. He was a master electrician and contractor. He owned and operated his own electrical business for over 30 years. He was generous and would give you the shirt off his back. He loved his family and friends. He is survived by his wife Alicia Delafosse, his 3 daughters Allyson (Blaine) Rideout, Andrea (Drew) Barry and Abagail Mason; mother of his daughters Pat Mason; brother Todd (Marianne) Mason; sisters Lee Ann (Frank) Poole and Barri Mason; grandchildren, Tinsley (BooBoo) Rideout, Ellie Barry, James Braxdon Rideout, June Barry, Connor, Tanner, Hunter and Raelynn Delafosse; 2 stepsons, Brandon and Zachary Delafosse. He was proceeded in death by his father James A. Mason, Sr. and mother Barbara Lee Mason. We will cherish our memories with him and he will forever live in our hearts. Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, May 9, 2019 at 12:00 Noon from Theodore United Methodist Church with visitation beginning at 11:00 AM. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.

A church service will be held at 12pm on Thursday, 05/08/2019 from Theodore United Methodist Church followed by a committal service at the grave site.
