Jewel Emma Skinner Hamilton, a native of Chatom, AL and current resident of Daphne, AL, died Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at the age of 72. She enjoyed traveling, cruises, and her canine companions. She was preceded in death by her parents Leonard Oliver Skinner and Thelma Lily Stokley; and her sister, Jean Skinner Faile. Her survivors include her husband of 55 years, Howard A. Hamilton, Jr.; two sons, Jason Brooks Hamilton and Brian Steven Hamilton; her sister, Ann Skinner; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Monday, March 18, 2019 at 12:00 Noon from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday morning from 10:00 AM until service time. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
