John ,Janice, I was saddened to learn of Joan's passing. She truly was one of my husband,Justin Ford's favorite radiologic technology students. She was so smart and such a pleasure to teach. She did Providence Hospital proud the day she presented a paper in b'ham at the state convention for Radiology. Justin and I were proud as any parent when they announced Joan as first place!!!! She absolutely beamed all the way home. Joan was always the student who volunteered to babysit for our children. Needless to say,I share your your loss but will have some beautiful memories!! Janice was a classmate @ Murphy ,Class of'57.
