Mr. Joe William Walter, Sr. age 81. A native of Brewton, Alabama, and a resident of Mobile, Alabama passed away on Saturday, May 8, 2021 at a local hospital. He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Leila Mae Fuqua Walther, brothers, Al Walther, Sammie Walther, Rudolph Walther, and Frank Walther. He is survived by his son, Joe Walther (Bonnie); two grandsons, Joe William (Heather) Walther, III., Jason Wesley (Heather) Walther; four great granddaughters; siblings, Loretta Young, Emma Castillow, Charlie Walther, nieces, nephews, and many friends. Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 14, 2021 at 12 noon from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Family will receive friends on Friday 10-12noon. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Ricky Castillow, Ray Castillow, Tommy Castillow, Charles Walther, Steve Walther, and Terry Young.

A chapel service will be held at 12:00 pm on Friday, May 14, 2021 at Mobile Memorial Gardens followed by a commital service at the grave site.
