Mr. Joseph Williams Mullins, age 88, native of Bude, Mississippi and longtime resident of Mobile, Alabama, passed away on Saturday, July 9, 2022. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jesse Leon and Lola Beatrice Price Mullins and wife, Jacqueline Mullins.
Mr. Mullins retired after over 15 years with the City of Mobile as a surveyor. He served his country honorably in the United States Army. He enjoyed watching most sports, Alabama football, Braves baseball, Saints football, and fishing with his family. He was a family man who enjoyed his family time.
Mr. Mullins is survived by his children, Tim Mullins, and Brenda Moore. He is also survived by his two sisters, Helen Trise and Debbie Glisson, seven grandchildren: Chris Sledge (Karen), Chad Sledge, Corey Sledge, Alison Piper (Cory), Jerimy Mrkwa, Daniel Mrkwa, and Alyssa Matheney. Five great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson also survived him.

Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home-Mobile on Saturday, July 16, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. with graveside services beginning at 2:00 p.m. at Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
