Joyce Klingensmith was born on September 26, 1938 in Prichard Alabama. She passed away December 2, 2021 in Mobile, Al at the age of 83.
She is preceded in death by her parent: Riley and Addie Belle (Smith) Hobbs, sisters: Lucille Pouncey, Betty Forbes, Janice Withrow and Carrol Shiver: her brother Buddy Hobbs. Son Jeffrey Stoker and her great-grandson, Tyler Arant Jr.
She is survived by her: her spouse Jeffrey McNeal, her brother Billy Hobbs, her children Paula Shewmake (Dale, Donna Brown, Belinda Rushing and Jeff Allen (Rachel). Her grandchildren Chris Morris (Nikki), Jason Morris (Angel), Kristy Williams (Chris), Ashley Williamson (Clayton), Kimberly Arant (Tyler), Chad Brown (Tiffany), Jessica Shewmake, Kyle Allen and Ciara Allen. May great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Friday, December 10, 2021, at 10:00 A.M in the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 9:00-10:00 A.M. Interment will follow at Mobile Memorial Gardens. Her services will be officiated by Joe McKissick.
